Connect is entirely free to use for players. Organizers can also use the platform for free, and only pay a small fee (1.65% + 30p) when they collect payments through the app to cover Stripe processing fees.

Absolutely! Anyone can organize events on Connect. Just tap the "Create Event" button, fill in the details, and you're good to go. You can choose to collect payments or run free events.
Yes, we use Stripe, a trusted payment processor to handle all transactions. Your payment information is never stored on our servers, ensuring maximum security for all users.
Refund policies are determined by each event organizer. We don't issue refunds directly, but we can facilitate refunds between the organizer and players. If you need a refund, please contact the organizer directly through the app, and we'll help facilitate the process if needed.
